for the weekends

you're right. yummy yums croissants with jam.


500g of flour
2 cups of oil
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of sugar
1 envelope of dry yeast
a pinch 
powdered sugar  
gentle hands  

mix yeast, salt and sugar with warm water. add oil, flour and knead a soft dough. leave it at warm temperature for 30 minutes. spread a thin sheet and stretch into rectangles. leave on each rectangle 1-2 tbsp of jam and roll. take them into an ungreased pan, away from each other and bake them at medium heat until they are slightly browned. roll them with powdered sugar while they are warm and share them with love.

(all we need is, at least, to dream of Paris while enjoying these delights)
